7 Day Returns

Have confidence when selecting and purchasing artwork online.

I want you to love your new painting as much as I loved creating it. For this reason, collectors have 7 days from the date of delivery to hang and view the artwork in their home or office, with the option of returning the original if it doesn't feel quite right for the space.


To initiate a return, the artwork must be shipped back in its original packaging and shipping materials to ensure safe transport. Please contact me at aroskellart@gmail.com to arrange the return and receive a quote for the cost of return shopping. Once the artwork is returned in its original condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued (less return shipping costs).


Faulty or damaged items 

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the packaging and delivery process. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening and then photograph the damaged artwork or frame.
Email these images to aroskellart@gmail.com, and I will either replace this piece with a custom commission or issue a full refund of the purchase price.
